I have to admit I've missed going away on vacation this summer. I have a lot of friends travelling to all the corners of the world the past two months, while I've been stuck here at home working! I know I get to move to England in September, but still... it's not the same! Going the whole summer without being able to travel abroad has made me determined to go away for a few weeks during summer next year! I'd like to go backpacking, and if I can afford it, I'd like to go somewhere in Africa. I've been browsing http://www.lonelyplanet.com/ the last couple of days, and decided to go to either the part south or west of zahara. South Africa and Cape Town is very appealing, but I've already been there, and would therefor like to go somewhere else. Both Namibia and Angola sounds interesting, so I'll probably spend the next week reading about possible adventures for my trip!:D
